Tracking Claude Cowork updates feels fragmented — so I started organizing them

This weeks, I’ve been spending a lot of time exploring Claude Cowork.

One thing I kept running into was how fragmented the information is:

Commuicate updates move fast, but focus on capabilities rather than usage

Interesting community experiments exist, but are scattered across docs, tweets, and Discords

It’s hard to understand where Cowork actually shines — and where it doesn’t

So I started documenting:

What each Cowork update actually changes in real collaboration

Which tasks benefit from multi-agent workflows

Common failure modes where Cowork adds complexity instead of value

Community-driven collaboration structures (beyond just prompts)
